夏枯草作用 :
清肝火,清熱氣、明目、目赤腫痛、目珠夜痛、散結消腫 瘰癧、癭瘤、乳癰、乳房脹痛、乳腺增生、甲状腺腫脹、淋巴结核
Prunellae Spica:
Clearing liver fire, clearing heat, improving eyesight, redness, swelling and pain in the eyes, night pain in the eyeballs, dispersing knots and reducing swelling of scrofula, gall, mammary carbuncle, breast tenderness, breast hyperplasia, thyroid swelling, lymphadenopathy

材料 : Ingredients :
60 g夏枯草 Prunellae Spica
1/3 ea ( 16g ) 羅漢果 (特大果) monk fruit/luo han guo ( (XL size)
適量QS 片糖 Caramel Slab Sugar (for replace monk fruit)
1/3 塊 (pc) 陳皮tangerine
2500ml 清水 water
做法 :
Method:
1. 清沖洗夏枯草、羅漢果。
Wash the Prunella spica and monk fruit.
2. 羅漢果撕成小碎。
Cut the monk fruit into small pieces.
3. 2500ml清水中,放入夏枯草、羅漢果。
Put the Prunellae Spica and monk fruit into 2500ml water.
4. 開中火,煲45 分鐘。
Med heat for cooking 45min.
