夏枯草作用 :
清肝火,清热气、明目、目赤肿痛、目珠夜痛、散结消肿 瘰疬、瘿瘤、乳痈、乳房胀痛、乳腺增生、甲状腺肿胀、淋巴结核
Prunellae Spica:

材料 : Ingredients :
60 g夏枯草 Prunellae Spica
1/3 ea ( 16g ) 罗汉果 (特大果) monk fruit/luo han guo ( (XL size)
适量QS 片糖 Caramel Slab Sugar (for replace monk fruit)
1/3 块 (pc) 陈皮tangerine
2500ml 清水 water
做法 :
Method:
1. 清冲洗夏枯草、罗汉果。
Wash the Prunella spica and monk fruit.
2. 罗汉果撕成小碎。
Cut the monk fruit into small pieces.
3. 2500ml清水中,放入夏枯草、罗汉果。
Put the Prunellae Spica and monk fruit into 2500ml water.
4. 开中火,煲45 分钟。
Med heat for cooking 45min.
