三色碎蛋螺絲粉沙律(1人份)
沙律材料包括雞蛋、甜椒及螺絲粉,混合適量黑醋,清新又健康。

材料 Ingredients
螺絲粉 100克 Fusilli 100g
雞蛋 2隻 Eggs 2pcs
青甜椒 半個 Green bell pepper 1/2pc
紅甜椒 半個 Red bell peppers 1/2pc
黃甜椒 半個 Yellow bell pepper 1/2pc
調味料 Seasoning
意大利香醋 適量 Balsamic vinegar some

 

做法 Method 

Step 1: 將甜椒切件。 Cut the bell peppers into pieces.

Step 2: 將雞蛋烚熟,取出放在冷水浸十分鐘。 Boil the eggs until done, then put them in cold water for 10 minutes.

Step 4: 煲滾水,螺絲粉煮八分鐘,瀝乾備用。 Bring the water to a boil, add the fusilli and cook for 8 minutes, drain well and set aside.
