三色碎蛋螺丝粉沙律(1人份)
沙律材料包括鸡蛋、甜椒及螺丝粉,混合适量黑醋,清新又健康。

材料 Ingredients
螺丝粉 100克 Fusilli 100g
鸡蛋 2只 Eggs 2pcs
青甜椒 半个 Green bell pepper 1/2pc
红甜椒 半个 Red bell peppers 1/2pc
黄甜椒 半个 Yellow bell pepper 1/2pc
调味料 Seasoning
意大利香醋 适量 Balsamic vinegar some

 

做法 Method 

Step 1: 将甜椒切件。 Cut the bell peppers into pieces.

Step 2: 将鸡蛋烚熟,取出放在冷水浸十分钟。 Boil the eggs until done, then put them in cold water for 10 minutes.
