紅菜頭素湯(4人份)
近年流行多菜少肉或綠色生活,這個無肉配方的湯水,清新不油膩,女士一定喜歡。

材料 Ingredients
紅菜頭 1個 Beetroot 1 pcs
粟米 1條 Corn 1 pcs
紅蘿蔔 1條 Carrot 1 pcs
番茄 2個 Tomatoes 2 pcs
栗子 15粒 Chestnuts 15 pcs
陳皮1片 Dried tangerine peel 1 pcs
水 2公升 Water 2L
調味料 Seasoning
鹽 少許 Salt some

做法 Method

Step 1: 紅菜頭去皮及切件。 Peel the beetroot and cut into pieces.

Step 6: 將所有材料放入鍋內,蓋上鍋蓋以大火煮十五分鐘,轉中火煲一小時。 Put all ingredients in a pot, cover the pot with a lid and cook over high heat for 15 minutes. Turn to medium heat and cook for an hour.
