雜蔬煎薄餅(2人份)
香口煎薄餅配以纖維豐富的蔬菜,簡單易做,適合一家大小享用。

材料 Ingredients
雞蛋 3隻 Eggs 3 pcs
金菇 100克 Enoki mushrooms 100g
洋葱 1/2個 Onion 1/2 pc
甘筍 1/2條 Carrot 1/2 pc
葱花 適量 Chopped spring onion some
麵粉 2湯匙 All-purpose flour 2 tbsp
油 適量 Oil some
調味料 Seasoning
鹽 1/2茶匙 Salt 1/2 tsp
胡椒粉 1/2茶匙 Pepper powder 1/2 tsp

 

做法 Method

Step 1: 金菇洗淨、去蒂及切細段。 Rinse the enoki mushrooms, cut off the stem and cut into small sections.

Step 5: 將蛋液、金菇、甘筍絲、洋葱粒、葱花及麵粉混合。 Mix the beaten egg, enoki mushroom, shredded carrot, diced onion, chopped spring onion and flour together.
