雪梨無花果養顏湯(2人份)
爽脆清甜的雪梨與蘋果,用以煲煮湯水,滋潤溫和,適合一家大小飲用。

材料 Ingredients
雪梨 2個 Snow pears 2 pcs
蘋果 3個 Apples 3 pcs
乾無花果 3至4粒 Dried figs 3-4 pcs
雪耳 2個 Snow fungus 2 pcs
乾百合 30克 Dried lily bulbs 30g
蜜棗 1粒 Candied date 1 pc
南北杏 10克 Sweet and bitter almonds 10g
豬骨 400克 Pork bone 400g
水 3公升 Water 3L
調味料 Seasoning
鹽 適量 Salt some

 

做法 Method
