西班牙凍湯 Cold Soup Español
天氣愈來愈熱,不妨自製充滿異國風味的西班牙凍湯,消暑之餘,也讓舌尖去旅行。

分量:2人份 需時:30分鐘
材料:
番茄 1隻
車厘茄
青瓜
菠蘿
紅洋葱
蒜頭
初榨橄欖油
雪利醋 1湯匙
水
法包 1個
調味料:
鹽 適量
糖 適量
黑胡椒 適量
Ingredients:
Tomato 1 pcs
Cherry tomatoes
Cucumber
Pineapple
Red onion
Garlic cloves
Virgin olive oil
Sherry vinegar 1 tbsp
Water
Baguette 1 pcs
Seasoning:
Salt some
Sugar some
Black pepper some
做法 :
1. 把法包切成小塊。
Cut the baguette into small pieces.
2.蒜頭拍爛,紅洋葱切成小塊。
Smash the garlic and cut the red onion into small pieces.

3.青瓜和菠蘿切件。
Cut the cucumber and pineapple into pieces.
4.番茄和車厘茄去蒂及切成小塊。
Remove the stems of the tomato and cherry tomatoes, then cut into small pieces.

5. 將以上食材放入攪拌機攪拌至滑順。
Blend the ingredients with a blender until smooth.
6. 把一半法包放進湯裏、橄欖油、醋及調味料,攪拌至順滑,用隔篩過濾。
Add half of the baguette, olive oil, vinegar and seasoning, blend until smooth then strain the soup through a sieve.

7.將餘下法包放入焗爐,以

8.湯上碟,伴法包享用。
Dish up the soup and serve with baguette.

小貼士:將湯冷藏至少4小時或過夜更美味。
Refrigerate the soup at least 4 hours or overnight for better taste.
