節瓜淮山薏米瘦肉湯(2人份)
湯水所用材料含豐富營養,其中薏米具大量膳食纖維,有助促進腸道蠕動,預防便秘。
材料 | Ingredients |
節瓜 1個 | Hairy gourd 1 pc |
紅蘿蔔 半條 | Carrot 1/2 pc |
瘦肉 200克 | Pork lean meat 200g |
乾淮山 6片 | Dried Chinese yam 6 slices |
生薏米 4湯匙(已浸) | Raw semen coicis 4 tbsp(soaked) |
蜜棗 2粒 | Candied dates 2 pcs |
水 1,000毫升 | Water 1,000ml |
調味料 | Seasoning |
鹽 少許 | Salt some |
做法 Method
Step 1: 洗淨乾淮山,浸水二十分鐘。Rinse the dried Chinese yam and soak in water for 20 minutes.
Step 2: 節瓜去皮及切件。 Peel the hairy gourd, then cut into pieces.
Step 3: 紅蘿蔔去皮及切件。 Peel the carrot, then cut into pieces.
Step 4: 蜜棗洗淨。Rinse the candied dates.
Step 5: 瘦肉洗淨後汆水,備用。Rinse the pork lean meat and blanch in boiling water, set aside.
Step 6: 煲滾,加所有材料,用中火 煲滾。Bring the water to a boil, add all the ingredients, then bring to a boil over medium heat.
Step 7: 轉中小火煲一小時。Turn to low heat and boil for 1 hour.
Step 8: 以鹽調味,即成。Season with salt. Serve.
小貼士 Tips: 用熟薏米代替生薏米亦可。Raw semen coicis can be replaced by using the cooked semen coicis.
