豉椒炒雞球(2人份)
豉椒炒雞球是一道簡單易煮的餸菜,且非常惹味,用來佐飯更是絕配。
材料 | Ingredients |
雞柳 4條 | Chicken fillet 4 pcs |
青甜椒 半個 | Green bell peppers 1/2 pc |
紅甜椒 半個 | Red bell pepper 1/2 pc |
黃甜椒 半個 | Yellow bell pepper 1/2 pc |
洋葱 1/3個 | Onion 1/3 pc |
蒜頭(剁蓉) 2瓣 | Minced garlic 2 pcs |
豆豉 1湯匙 | Fermented black bean 1 tbsp |
油 適量 | Oil some |
雞柳醃料 | Marinade for chicken fillet |
生抽 2茶匙 | Light soy sauce 2 tsp |
糖 1茶匙 | Sugar 1 tsp |
調味料 | Seasoning |
生抽 2茶匙 | Light soy sauce 2 tsp |
蠔油 2茶匙 | Oyster sauce 2 tsp |
糖 1茶匙 | Sugar 1 tsp |
做法 Method
Step 1: 雞柳切件,加入醃料醃十五分鐘。 Cut the chicken fillets into pieces and marinate for 15 minutes.
Step 2: 洋葱及三色甜椒切件。 Cut the onion and bell peppers into small pieces.
Step 3: 豆豉洗淨,用匙羹輕輕壓爛。 Rinse the fermented black beans and gently crush it by a spoon.
Step 4: 鑊內燒熱油,煎熟雞件,盛起備用。 Heat oil in a pan. Stir-fry the chicken pieces until done, remove and set aside.
Step 5: 鑊內燒熱油,爆香蒜頭及洋葱。 Heat oil in a pan. Saute the garlic and onion until fragrant
Step 6: 加入豆豉及三色甜椒炒勻。 Add the fermented black beans and bell peppers, stir well.
Step 7: 加入雞件炒勻。 Add the chicken pieces, stir well.
Step 8: 加入調味料炒勻,即成。 Add the seasoning, stir well and serve.
小貼士 Tips: 將豆豉壓爛,更容易出味。 Crush the fermented black beans to give a better flavour.
