羅勒豉油王炒蝦球(2人份)
豉油王蝦球是傳統廣東小菜,享用前混合小量羅勒,可加添東南亞風味。

材料 Ingredients
大蝦 8隻 Shrimps(large size) 8 pcs
青甜椒 1/2個 Green bell pepper 1/2 pc
紅辣椒 1隻 Red pepper 1 pc
蒜頭 3瓣 Garlic 3 cloves
羅勒 10片 Basil 10 pcs
油 2湯匙 Oil 2 tbsp
蝦醃料 Marinade for shrimp
生粉 2茶匙 Cornstarch 2 tsp
鹽 適量 Salt some
胡椒粉 適量 Pepper powder some
汁料 Sauce
紹興酒 1湯匙 Shaoxing wine 1 tbsp
生抽 2茶匙 Light soy sauce 2 tsp
雞湯 2湯匙 Chicken broth 2 tbsp
糖、胡椒粉 適量 Sugar and pepper powder some

 

做法 Method
