材料 INGREDIENT:
蛋Egg 3只/pcs
低筋面粉 Cake Flour 90克/g
糖Sugar 60克/g
鲜奶 Milk 25克/g
菜油 Vegan Oil 25克/g
桃肉 Peach flesh 300克/g
甜忌廉 Sweet Cream 200克/g
手指饼 Lady Fingers 20条/pcs
制作步骤
1) 把3只蛋的蛋黄与蛋白分开。
2) 把蛋白打发至干性发泡。
3) 加入蛋黄搅匀,筛入低筋面粉并拌匀。
4) 把1/3蛋糊放入鲜奶与菜油的混合物中拌匀。
5) 将(步骤4)倒回蛋糊中拌匀,并倒入模具内。
6) 预热180度焗炉,焗35分钟。
7) 切开桃肉,大粒的做蛋糕面装饰,小粒的做夹层。
8) 打发甜忌廉并加入小量色素,再如影片般涂抹整个蛋糕
9) 再围上手指饼,即成。

9) Wrap the ladyfinger and serve.
