红菜头素汤(4人份)
近年流行多菜少肉或绿色生活,这个无肉配方的汤水,清新不油腻,女士一定喜欢。

材料 Ingredients
红菜头 1个 Beetroot 1 pcs
粟米 1条 Corn 1 pcs
红萝卜 1条 Carrot 1 pcs
番茄 2个 Tomatoes 2 pcs
栗子 15粒 Chestnuts 15 pcs
陈皮1片 Dried tangerine peel 1 pcs
水 2公升 Water 2L
调味料 Seasoning
盐 少许 Salt some

做法 Method

Step 1: 红菜头去皮及切件。 Peel the beetroot and cut into pieces.
