三文鱼丝瓜豆腐汤(4人份)
营养丰富的三文鱼,与丝瓜及豆腐煲成奶白色的鱼汤,味道清甜又鲜香。

材料 Ingredients
三文鱼扒 240克 Salmon fillet 240g

硬豆腐(切件) 1件 Block firm tofu(cut into pieces) 1 pc
丝瓜 1条 Luffa 1 pc
滚水 2公升 Hot boiling water 2L
姜片 4片 Ginger slices 4 slices
盐 适量 Salt some
白胡椒粉 2克 White pepper powder 2g
油 1茶匙 Oil 1 tsp

做法 Method
