材料 Ingredients :
8 朵(ea) 昙花Dried the Epiphyllum,Night-blooming Cereus
25 g 生薏米Semen Coicis
18g 熟薏米Cooked Barley
4 粒(ea) 鸡心红枣 Red dates
26g 冰糖Rock sugar (随意 optional)
1000ml ( or 1250ml 适量 ) 清水 water
方法Method :
1. 冲洗生熟薏米、鸡心红枣、昙花。
Rinse raw and cooked barley, chicken-hearts red dates and epiphany.
2. 清水浸泡昙花,去蕊。

3. 1000ml清水放入生熟薏米核、鸡心红枣,开中小火。

4. 20分钟后,放入昙花。
