合掌瓜粟米猪心猪𦟌骨汤 宁神 润肺

功效:宁心神 / 润肺

成份ingredients :
2 ea( 454g ) 合掌瓜chayote
1 ea ( 353g )粟米corn
1 ea ( 484g ) 猪心pig heart
344g猪𦟌骨pork shank bone
121g猪脊骨pork back bone
1/3片pc 陈皮tangerine
2 片pc 姜片 slice ginger
3250 ml 清水 water
方法 method :
1. 冲洗粟米,去外层 一开4 份
Rinse the corn and remove the outer layer. Cut it into 4parts.
2. 冲洗合掌瓜,一开4去核 (皮肤敏感者,请戴上手套)
Rinse the Chayote and cut it into 4 parts, remove the seed.
( please put on the gloves before cutting the Chayote )
3. 冲洗猪𦟌骨、猪脊骨,汆水
Rinse the pork shank bone and pork backbone. Then blanch it.
4. 冲洗猪心外层,一开2,切走粗筋及血管,再冲走血块
放姜片在清水中,沸腾后,放入猪心。
见浮沫即拿起,立即冲水。
Rinse the pig heart outside layer. Cut it into 2. Remove the vessel. Then wash again.
Put ginger slices in water. Then put the pig heart into the boiling ginger water.
Pick it up as the dirt is out and cool it in running water.
5. 粟米在3250 ml清水中。
Put the corn in the 3250 ml water first
6. 15分钟后,放入汆水后的猪脊骨、猪肉眼、陈皮,转大火。
After 15 minutes, add the pork meat & bones and tangerine to the boiling water. Turn to high heat,
7. 40分钟后,放入合掌瓜,转中火。
After 40 minutes, add the Chayote. And turn to medium heat.
8. 10分钟后,放入汆水后的猪心。再煮35分钟后关火。
After 10 minutes, add the pig heart. And boil 35minute more only.
