1 ea( 405g) 合掌瓜 chayote
1 ea (335g) 粟米 corn
1 ea (88g) 苹果 Apple
232g 猪脊骨 Pork shank meat bone
260g猪肉眼 pork rib eye
1/3片pc 陈皮 tangerine
3250 ml 清水 water (连浸切开苹果的水)

方法 method :
1. 冲洗粟米,去外层。一开4份。
Rinse the corn and remove the outer layer. Cut it into 4pcs.

2. 冲洗合掌瓜,一开4,去核。
Rinse the Chayote. Cut into 4 parts, and remove the core.

3. 用盐擦洗苹果外皮。苹果一开2,去核、艼。用清水浸泡,水留用。
Wash the apple skin with salt. Cut it into 2 parts. Remove the seeds and, stalk.
Soak it in water.

4. 冲洗猪猪脊骨、肉眼,然后汆水。
Rinse the pork rib eye. Blanch it in boiling water to remove the dirt and blood.

5. 先把粟米在3250 ml清水中。开大火。

6. 15分钟,放入汆水的猪脊骨、猪肉眼。

7. 再10分钟后,放入合掌瓜、苹果,转中火。

8. 30分钟后关火。注 : 可先拿起煮软的苹果,免苹果皮涩味慢慢渗出
