士多啤梨百力滋蛋糕

材料 INGREDIENT: 

蛋 Egg                                                      4只/pcs

砂糖 Sugar                                        70克/g

低筋面粉 Cake Flour                                90克/g

菜油 Vegan Oil                                          35克/g

鲜奶 Milk                                                  35克/g

士多啤梨 Strawberry                         400克/g

百力滋 Rocky                                           84支/pcs

士多啤梨香油 Strawberry Extract     1茶匙/Tsp

甜忌廉 Sweet Cream                               100克/g

食用色素 Edible color                           适量/few 

制作步骤

1. 把4只蛋的蛋黄与蛋白分开。

2. 加入砂糖与蛋白打发至干性发泡。

3. 加入蛋黄搅匀。

4. 筛入低筋面粉并拌匀。

5. 把1/3蛋糊放入鲜奶、菜油与士多啤梨香油的混合物中拌匀。

6. 将(步骤5)倒回蛋糊中拌匀,并倒入模具内。

7. 预热160°C焗炉,焗35-40分钟。

8. 打发甜忌廉,加入食用色素和士多啤梨,并如影片般组合蛋糕。

9. 顶层加上士多啤梨,再加约84支士多啤梨百力滋围边,即成。

Steps 

1. Separate the yolks and whites of 4 eggs.

2. Add sugar and egg whites and beat until stiff peak.

3. Add egg yolk and stir well.

4. Sift in Cake flour and mix well.

5. Put 1/3 of the egg batter into the mixture of fresh milk, vegetable oil and Strawberry Extract, and mix well.

6. Pour (Step 5) back into the egg paste and mix well, pour it into the mold.

7. Preheat the oven at 160°C and bake for 35-40 minutes.

8. Whip the sweet cream, add eatable color and Strawberry, combine cakes like the video.

9. Add strawberry on the top, and Use about 84 pcs of strawberry Rocky for decorate. and serve.
