节瓜淮山薏米瘦肉汤(2人份)
汤水所用材料含丰富营养,其中薏米具大量膳食纤维,有助促进肠道蠕动,预防便秘。
| 材料 | Ingredients |
| 节瓜 1个 | Hairy gourd 1 pc |
| 红萝卜 半条 | Carrot 1/2 pc |
| 瘦肉 200克 | Pork lean meat 200g |
| 干淮山 6片 | Dried Chinese yam 6 slices |
| 生薏米 4汤匙(已浸) | Raw semen coicis 4 tbsp(soaked) |
| 蜜枣 2粒 | Candied dates 2 pcs |
| 水 1,000毫升 | Water 1,000ml |
| 调味料 | Seasoning |
| 盐 少许 | Salt some |
做法 Method
Step 1: 洗净干淮山,浸水二十分钟。Rinse the dried Chinese yam and soak in water for 20 minutes.
Step 2: 节瓜去皮及切件。 Peel the hairy gourd, then cut into pieces.
Step 3: 红萝卜去皮及切件。 Peel the carrot, then cut into pieces.
Step 4: 蜜枣洗净。Rinse the candied dates.
Step 5: 瘦肉洗净后汆水,备用。Rinse the pork lean meat and blanch in boiling water, set aside.
Step 6: 煲滚,加所有材料,用中火 煲滚。Bring the water to a boil, add all the ingredients, then bring to a boil over medium heat.
Step 7: 转中小火煲一小时。Turn to low heat and boil for 1 hour.
Step 8: 以盐调味,即成。Season with salt. Serve.
小贴士 Tips: 用熟薏米代替生薏米亦可。Raw semen coicis can be replaced by using the cooked semen coicis.
