粟米汁煮鱼柳(2人份)
无骨鳕鱼柳含有丰富的蛋白质,以及奥米加3脂肪酸,是一道老少咸宜的下饭菜。

材料 Ingredients
鳕鱼柳 1条 Cod fillet 1 pc
粟米蓉 1盒 Sweet corn cream style 1 box
低脂奶 半杯 Low-fat milk 1/2 cup
生粉 适量 Cornstarch some
油 适量 Oil some
鳕鱼柳腌料 Marinade for cod fillet
胡椒粉 适量 Pepper powder some
盐 适量 Salt some

 

做法 Method

Step 1: 鳕鱼柳洗净,用厨房纸印干水分。 Rinse the cod fillet and pat dry with kitchen towel.

Step 3: 鳕鱼柳以盐和胡椒粉腌十五分钟。 Marinate the cod fillet with salt and pepper powder for 15 minutes.

小贴士 Tips
若想增加餸菜口感,可加入粟米粒。If you want to increase the taste of food, you can add the sweet corn kernels.
