罗勒豉油王炒虾球(2人份)
豉油王虾球是传统广东小菜,享用前混合小量罗勒,可加添东南亚风味。

材料 Ingredients
大虾 8只 Shrimps(large size) 8 pcs
青甜椒 1/2个 Green bell pepper 1/2 pc
红辣椒 1只 Red pepper 1 pc
蒜头 3瓣 Garlic 3 cloves
罗勒 10片 Basil 10 pcs
油 2汤匙 Oil 2 tbsp
虾腌料 Marinade for shrimp
生粉 2茶匙 Cornstarch 2 tsp
盐 适量 Salt some
胡椒粉 适量 Pepper powder some
汁料 Sauce
绍兴酒 1汤匙 Shaoxing wine 1 tbsp
生抽 2茶匙 Light soy sauce 2 tsp
鸡汤 2汤匙 Chicken broth 2 tbsp
糖、胡椒粉 适量 Sugar and pepper powder some

 

做法 Method
