雪梨无花果养颜汤(2人份)
爽脆清甜的雪梨与苹果,用以煲煮汤水,滋润温和,适合一家大小饮用。
| 材料 | Ingredients |
| 雪梨 2个 | Snow pears 2 pcs |
| 苹果 3个 | Apples 3 pcs |
| 干无花果 3至4粒 | Dried figs 3-4 pcs |
| 雪耳 2个 | Snow fungus 2 pcs |
| 干百合 30克 | Dried lily bulbs 30g |
| 蜜枣 1粒 | Candied date 1 pc |
| 南北杏 10克 | Sweet and bitter almonds 10g |
| 猪骨 400克 | Pork bone 400g |
| 水 3公升 | Water 3L |
| 调味料 | Seasoning |
| 盐 适量 | Salt some |
做法 Method
Step 1: 无花果、南北杏、蜜枣、雪耳和百合浸水十五分钟,沥干。Soak the dried figs, sweet and bitter almonds, candied dates, snow fungus and lily bulbs for 15 minutes, drain well.
Step 2: 无花果切半。 Cut the figs into halves.
Step 3: 雪梨及苹果洗净、去芯及切块。Rinse the snow pears and apples, then core and cut into pieces.
Step 4: 猪骨汆水,备用。Blanch the pork bone in boiling water and set aside.
Step 5: 煲内加入所有材料和水,以大火煲滚。Put all ingredients and water into a pot, bring to a boil over high heat.
Step 6: 盖上煲盖,煲十五分钟。Cover the pot with a lid and boil for 15 minutes.
Step 7: 转小火煲一至一个半小时。Simmer for 1-1.5 hours.
Step 8: 以盐调味,即成。Season with salt and serve.
小贴士:雪梨和苹果去芯,避免汤水变酸。Core the snow pears and apples to avoid bring the soup sour.
