材料 Ingredients :
1颗ea (506g) 木瓜papaya
1 只 (ea) 急冻水鸭 frozen Teal
467g 猪筒骨 Pork Leg Bone
36g 生薏米Semen Coicis
36g 熟薏米Cooked Barley
3 粒ea 椰枣 Date Pulm
1/3片 pc 陈皮 Tangerine
1片 pc 厚切姜片 thick sliced ginger
3000ML 清水 Water
适宜人群 :
健脾消食、(产妇)通乳催奶、胃炎、风湿筋骨痛、消化不良、舒缓咽喉、便秘、慢性气管炎、肺燥、平肝和胃,舒筋络,活筋骨、行气活血、降血压。
Papaya suitable for people:
Invigorate the spleen and promote digestion, (parturient) lactation, gastritis, rheumatic muscle pain, indigestion, soothing throat, constipation, chronic bronchitis, dryness of the lungs, calming liver and stomach, relaxing muscles and collaterals, invigorating muscles and bones, promoting qi and blood circulation, and reducing blood pressure.
不适宜以下人士 :
高钾者、孕妇(可引起子宫收缩腹痛)、体质过敏、 体质虚弱、脾胃虚寒、胃寒、
腰膝无力。

方法method :
1. 冲洗水鸭,沸腾水汆水,去除毛和内脏。
Rinse the teal. Blanch it in boiling water. Then remove its hair and organs.
2. 冲洗猪𦟌筒骨,冻水汆水。
Rinse pig bones, put them in cold water and blanch.
3. 木瓜去皮去籽,切去木瓜顶及底部。
Peel the papaya and remove the seed. Cut off its top and bottom.
4. 先放生薏米、熟薏米在3000ML 清水中,转大火。Put the Semen Coicis and cooked barley in 3000ml water. Turn to high heat.
5. 20分钟后,加入汆水的猪筒骨。
Add the blanched pork bones after 20 minutes of boiling.
6. 15分钟后,加入汆水的水鸭、陈皮、姜。
Add the blanched teal, tangerine peel and ginger after 15 boiling from step 6.
7. 20分钟后,加入木瓜. 5分钟后转中火
Add papaya after 20 minutes of boiling from step 7.
Turn to medium heat after 5 minutes.
8. 1小时后完成。放凉后,去除汤上多余油。加热饮用
Finish after 1 hour of cooking.
Cool down and remove the extra oil from the soup. Re-heated and served.
