【母亲节】士多啤梨丝绒心形蛋糕

材料 INGREDIENT:

蛋 Egg 3只/pcs

糖 Sugar 60克/g

低筋面粉 Cake Flour 90克/g

红曲粉 Monascus Powder 12克/g

可可粉 Cocoa Powder 5克/g

无盐牛油 Unsated Butter 40克/g

冻鲜奶 Cold Milk 200毫升/ml

免煮吉士粉 Custardcream Mix 85克/g

白荳蓉 White Bean Paste 70克/g

制作步骤 

制作蛋糕部份

1. 加入砂糖与蛋白打发至中性发泡。

2. 加入蛋黄,搅拌均匀。

3. 再筛入低筋面粉、可可粉、红曲粉并拌匀。

4. 把步骤(3)与溶化后的牛油混合,并倒入模具内。

5. 预热180°C焗炉,焗35分钟。

6. 蛋糕出炉后放凉,并把蛋糕切片,备用。

7. 将冻鲜奶与免煮吉士粉混合,搅拌均匀。

8. 如影片的次序组合蛋糕。

装饰唧花部份

9. 把小许食用色素加进白荳蓉中,搅拌均匀。

10. 将白荳蓉放入裱花袋中,如影片般逐层唧出玫瑰花瓣。

11. 白荳蓉花放上蛋糕面作装饰,即成。  

Step

Cake part

1. Add sugar and egg whites and whip until firm peaks.

2. Add egg yolk and mix well.

3. Sift in the Cake flour, cocoa powder, red yeast powder and mix well.

4. Mix step (3) with the melted butter and pour it into the mold.

5. Preheat the oven at 180°C for 35 minutes.

6. Let the cake cool after it comes out of the oven, and slice the cake for later use.

7. Mix the frozen fresh milk and no-cook custard powder, stir well.

8. Combine the cakes in the order of the video.

Decorative flower part

9. Add a small amount of food coloring to the white bean paste, mix well.

10. Put the white bean paste into a piping bag, and spread the rose petals layer by layer like in the video.

11. Put the white bean paste on the cake surface for decoration and serve.
