【579期 趣味食谱】蚝油冬菇蒸鸡翼

鸡翼简单以蚝油调味,毋须煎炸,亦能做出惹味的菜式。
| 材料 | Ingredients |
| 鸡翼 1斤 | Chicken wings 1 catty |
| 冬菇 4只 | Shiitake mushrooms 4 pcs |
| 葱 1棵 | Spring onion 1 stalk |
| 姜 2至3片 | Ginger 2-3 slices |
| 葱花 少许 | Chopped spring onion to sprinkle |
| 调味料 | Seasoning |
| 米酒 1汤匙 | Rice wine 1 tbsp |
| 蚝油 2汤匙 | Oyster sauce 2 tbsp |
| 糖 1/4汤匙 | Sugar 1/4 tbsp |
| 生粉 1/2茶匙 | Cornflour 1/2 tsp |
| 麻油 1/2汤匙 | Sesame oil 1/2 tbsp |
做法 Method
Step 1:鸡翼斩开一半。Split the chicken wings in halves.
Step 2:冬菇以水浸软后切块。Soak the shiitake mushrooms in water until soft, then cut into pieces.
Step 3:葱切段。Cut the spring onion into sections.
Step 4:姜片切丝。Shred the ginger slices.
Step 5:鸡翼加上姜、葱拌匀,再拌入所有调味料腌一小时。Mix the chicken wings with ginger and spring onion, stir in all seasoning and marinate for 1 hour.
Step 6:将冬菇拌入腌好的鸡件内。Stir the shiitake mushroom into the marinated chicken wings.
Step 7:将鸡件、冬菇平铺碟内,蒸十五分钟。Spread the chicken wings and shiitake mushroom over a dish and steam for 15minutes.
Step 8:饰上葱花,即成。Garnish with the choppedspring onion. Serve.
小贴士 Tips
急冻鸡翼以粗盐搓揉,洗净后可除掉雪味。Rub the frozen chicken wings with coarse salt, and then rinse to remove the unpleasant odor.
