清补凉清热补湿,清甜好喝,是适合全家饮用的春夏汤水。

































材料Ingredients
清补凉 1包Ching Po Leung 1 pack
节瓜 2个Hairy gourd 2 pieces
瘦肉 400克Lean pork 400g
陈皮 1块Tangerine peel 1 piece
水 2公升Water 2 litres
盐 适量Salt some

 


做法 Method


Step 1:清补凉浸水三十分钟,沥干备用。Soak the Ching Po Leung in water for 30 minutes, drain well and set aside.


Step 2:陈皮浸水至软,刮去果瓤。Soak the tangerine peel in water until soft, then scrape off the pith.


Step 3:节瓜洗净及去皮。Rinse and peel the hairy gourd.


Step 4:将节瓜切件。Cut the hairy gourd into pieces.


Step 5:瘦肉洗净及切件。Rinse the pork loin and cut into pieces.


Step 6:瘦肉汆水。Blanch the pork loin in boiling water.


Step 7:锅内加入所有材料,以慢火煲三小时。Add all the ingredients into a pot and boil for 3 hours over low heat.


Step 8:熄火,下盐调味。Turn off the heat and season with salt.

清补凉可在药材铺购买。Buy the Ching Po Leung from the Chinese herbal shop.
