传统意式忌廉汁加入海胆煮至浓稠,拌以烟韧弹牙的意大利面,鲜甜滋味。

材料 Ingredients
海胆 100克 Sea urchin 100g
鱼子 5克 Roe 5g
意粉 200克 Spaghetti 200g
蒜片 5克 Garlic slices 5g
忌廉 80毫升 Cream 80ml
上汤 160毫升 Stock 160ml
细香葱 适量 Chives some
盐 1汤匙 Salt 1 tbsp
油 适量 Oil some
调味料 Seasoning

胡椒碎 适量 Crushed pepper some
柠檬汁 适量 Lemon juice some

Method 做法
