冬瓜百合海鲜羹(2人份)
所用材料简单,做法亦容易,加入富营养的百合,口感更丰富。

材料 Ingredients
冬瓜 500克 Winter melon 500g
虾仁 10只 Shrimps 10 pcs
带子 4粒 Scallops 4 pcs
鲜百合 2颗 Fresh lily bulb 2 bulbs
蛋白 1只 Egg white 1 pc
姜 2片 Ginger 2 slices
清鸡汤 250毫升 Chicken broth 250ml
水 750毫升 Water 750ml
生粉水 适量 Cornstarch water some
带子及虾仁腌料 Marinade for scallops and shrimps
胡椒粉 1/4茶匙 Pepper powder 1/4 tsp
绍兴酒 1茶匙 Shaoxing wine 1 tsp

小贴士:冬瓜除切粒,也可刨丝,口感更爽滑。In addition to dicing, winter melon can also be shredded for a smoother texture.
