香煎墨鱼紫菜饼 Pan-fried Squid Seaweed Cake
脆卜卜的紫菜上面,是弹牙爽口的墨鱼滑,是简便快捷的美味料理。

分量:2人份 需时:15分钟
材料:
饼状紫菜 1片
墨鱼滑 200克
杂豆 适量
葱白碎 适量
葱花 适量
油 适量
Ingredients:
Round shaped seaweed 1 pc
Squid mixture 200g
Mixed beans some
Chopped white part of spring onion some
Chopped spring onion some
Oil some

香煎墨鱼紫菜饼做法
做法:
步骤1. 墨鱼滑加葱白拌匀。
Add the white part of spring onion into the squid mixture and stir well.
步骤2. 加杂豆拌匀。
Add the mixed bean and stir well.
步骤3. 白镬加紫菜烘干两面。
Pan-fry both sides of the seaweed in dry pan.
步骤4. 将墨鱼滑放在紫菜上。
Put the squid mixture on the seaweed.
步骤5. 将墨鱼滑均匀抹平。
Spread the squid evenly.
步骤6. 起油镬。
Heat oil in a pan.
步骤7. 放入墨鱼紫菜饼,将酿有墨鱼的一面朝下。
Pan-fry the squid seaweed cake with squid facing downward first.
步骤8. 墨鱼紫菜饼煎香后反转,再煎1分钟。
Pan-fry the squid seaweed cake until fragrant. Turn it over and pan-fry for 1 more minute.
步骤9. 上碟加葱花,即成。
Dish up and sprinkle with chopped spring onion and serve.
小贴士:可用虾胶或鲮鱼滑代替墨鱼滑。
Tip: Minced squid can be replaced by minced shrimp or dace.
