昙花猪心猪肉汤,功效:清热、定心、安睡

材料 Ingredients :
10 朵(ea) 干昙花Dried Epiphyllum
1 个 (405g) 猪心 pig heart
187g猪𦟌肉pork shank meat
3 片(pc) 厚姜片 thick sliced ginger
1500ml 清水 water
方法 Method:
1. 冲洗昙花,然后清水浸泡。
Wash the dried Epiphyllum and soak it in the water.
2.猪肉、猪心切片。猪心放入少许粟粉和盐来清洗,直至水变清晰。
Slice the pork meat and heart. Wash the heart with cornstarch and salt.
Wash until the water is clean.
3. 切3 片厚姜片,放入在1500ml清水中,煮至沸腾。
Cut the ginger into 3 thick pcs. Put it in 1500ml water. Boil it
4. 水沸腾后,放入猪肉片。
Put the sliced pork meat in boiling water.
5. 6分钟后,放入猪心。
Put the heart into the water after 6 minutes boiling of step 4.
6. 5分钟后放入昙花。再煮5 分钟,然后关火。
Put the Epiphyllum in the soup, after 5 min boiling of step 7.
Boiling it another 5 min. Then fire off.
