汤水篇|移山参竹丝鸡螺头玉竹汤|补元气 强身 病后调理|附英文食谱

材料:

30g 移山参 transplant wild ginseng

1 只 (ea) 竹丝鸡 Silkie Chicken

310g 猪𦟌骨  pork shank bone

30g 海玉竹头 Dried Yuzhu Head

33g 南非乾红螺头 South African dry conch

1/3pc 陈皮tangerine

3000 ml 清水 water

功效 :

补虚救脱、补气强身,大补元气、养五脏、补脾益肺、生津止渴、美容、防脱发、食欲不振、安精神、益智安神、定魂魄、止惊悸、益智健脑、防健忘失眠。

1. 冲洗猪𦟌骨、竹丝鸡、海玉竹头、南非乾红螺头。

海玉竹头、螺头浸水,备用。

Rinse pork shank bones, silkie Chicken, dried yuzhu head and red conch.

Red conch and dried yuzhu head soak in water.

猪𦟌骨、竹丝鸡汆水,备用。

Put pork shank bone and Silkie Chicken in boiling water, until the dirt is out.

2. 海玉竹头切段,移山参切片或原条。

Cut the dried yuzhu head Sea into parts.

Slide Transplant wild ginseng or whole piece for use.

3. 3000 ml清水中,放入移山参、海玉竹、红螺头、陈皮。转大火。

Add transplanted wild ginseng, dried Yuzhu head, and red conch into 3000ml water.

Turn to high heat.

4. 水沸腾后,放入猪𦟌骨、竹丝鸡。转中火煮60分钟。

Add the pork shank bones, and silkie Chicken after boiling. Then turn to med heat and cook 15 minutes.  

5. 然后转小火,再煮25分钟。

Turn to low heat and cook 80 minutes more.

6. 关火后,留煲内一会儿。

Please leave it in the pot for a while after it is finished.
