材料 ingredients :

60g 腰果Cashew nut

150g栗子 chestnut

1 ea ( 256g ) 粟米 corn

3 颗Each ( 796g )苹果apple

30g虫草花 Cordyceps flower

3 颗ea ( 30g) 无花果 fig

2 片 pc姜片sliced ginger (optional)

1/3片pc陈皮tangerine (optional)

2000 ml 清水 water

方法 method :

1.     冲洗腰果、栗子。粟米去外叶去须。

Rinse cashews and chestnuts. Remove the Corn’s outer leaves and beards.  

2. 用盐擦洗苹果外皮。去核去枝,一分开四分。

Wash the apple with salt. Cored and branched an apple into 4 pcs.  

3.     冲洗无花果、冲洗虫草花3次,浸水备用。 (水留用)

Rinse figs and Cordyceps flowers. Soak the flowers in water (keep the water for later use)

4.     先放腰果、栗子、粟米、无花果,在2000 ml清水中。转大火。

Put the cashew nuts, chestnuts, corn, and figs in the 1000ml water first. Turn to high heat.

5.     煮15分钟后,转中火。

Turn to medium heat after 15 minutes of step 4.

6.     再10分钟后,加入苹果。

add the apples after 10 minutes of boiling step 5.

7.     再15分钟后,加入虫草花和水。

add the Cordyceps flower and its soak water after 15 minutes of boiling step 6.

8.     50分钟后关火。

Turn off the heat after 50 minutes

肝胆功能不良、肠炎、腹泻、痰多、过敏症、减肥
