香港时间9月10日清晨举行的2021年PlayStation发布会，PlayStation Studios介绍了未来即将发行的PS5游戏阵容，以下是发布会6大重点内容︰
‧《跑车浪漫旅 7》
游戏将于2022年3月4日登陆PS5和PS4，经典车款、代表性赛道以及巡游模式等备受粉丝喜爱的模式回归，带来最佳模拟驾驶体验。
‧《Marvel’s Spider-Man 2》与《Marvel’s Wolverine》
Insomniac Games制作了两款全新PlayStation 5 Marvel游戏。《Marvel’s Spider-Man 2》预定于2023年推出。
‧《Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic》
Aspyr Media﹑Lucasfilm Games及SIE为PS5重新打造这款经典RPG。
‧《God of War Ragnarök》
Santa Monica Studio 分享《God of War Ragnarök》首个实机画面宣传影片。
‧《Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection》
Naughty Dog将于2022年推出包含《Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End》及《Uncharted: The Lost Legacy》的同捆游戏组合，是对应PS5及PC的 Remastered高画质版本，其中PS5版本率先于明年初推出。
