二人份家常小菜 2 Servings Steamed Minced Pork with Dried Squid
将土鱿、冬菇、马蹄与肉碎混合,蒸出来的肉饼,鲜美可口,佐饭一流。
| 材料 | Ingredients |
| 猪肉碎 200克 | Minced pork 200g |
| 土鱿仔 2只 | Dried mini squid 2 pieces |
| 马蹄 3只 | Water chestnuts 3 pieces |
| 干冬菇 3只 | Dried shiitake mushrooms 3 pieces |
| 麦片 1汤匙 | Oatmeal 1 tbsp |
| 芫荽 适量 | Chinese parsley some |
| 猪肉碎腌料 | Marinade for minced pork |
| 生抽 2茶匙 | Light soy sauce 2 tsp |
| 糖 1茶匙 | Sugar 1 tsp |
| 生粉 1茶匙 | Cornstarch 1 tsp |
做法 Method
Step 1: 土鱿浸至软身,除去软骨, 沥干及切粒。 Soak the dried mini squid in water until soft, remove the soft bone, drain well and dice.
Step 2: 干冬菇浸至软身及沥干,剪 去菇蒂。 Soak the dried shiitake mushrooms in water until soft, drain well. Cut the root of the shiitake mushrooms.
Step 3: 冬菇切粒。Dice the shiitake mushrooms.
Step 4: 马蹄去皮、拍扁及切粒。Peel the water chestnuts, then press and dice.
Step 5: 猪肉碎加入腌料略腌。Marinate the minced pork for a while.
Step 6: 把土鱿、冬菇、麦片及马蹄 粒加入猪肉碎内。 Add the diced dried squid, shiitake mushroom, oatmeal and water chestnut to the minced pork.
Step 7: 猪肉混合物以一双筷子搅拌 至起胶。 Stir the pork mixture with chopsticks until sticky.
Step 8: 猪肉混合物铺在蒸碟上,以 大火蒸十分钟,洒上芫荽。 Place the pork mixture on a dish and steam for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with Chinese parsley.
小贴士 Tips
蒸肉饼加入麦片,会更加松软。 Mix the minced pork with oatmeal to soften the meat.
