将鸡翼去骨,酿入墨鱼滑焗制,外脆内鲜爽。
Roasted Chicken Wings Stuffed with Cuttlefish Paste
| 材料 | Ingredients |
| 鸡翼 12只 | Chicken wings 12 pieces |
| 墨鱼滑 300克 | Cuttlefish paste 300g |
| 蜜糖 2汤匙 | Honey 2 tbsp |
| 鸡翼腌料 | Marinade for chicken wing |
| 生抽 2汤匙 | Light soy sauce 2 tbsp |
| 老抽 1汤匙 | Dark soy sauce 1 tbsp |
| 砂糖 1茶匙 | Sugar 1 tsp |
| 麻油 1茶匙 | Sesame oil 1 tsp |
| 生粉 1茶匙 | Cornflour 1 tsp |
| 胡椒粉 适量 | Pepper powder little |
做法
Method
Step 1:鸡翼洗净,切去连着骨的筋。Rinse the chicken wings, cut the tendon between the bones.
Step 2:用厨剪去骨。Take off the bones with a kitchen scissors.
Step 3:鸡翼加入腌料,腌三十分钟。Marinate the chicken wings for 30 minutes.
Step 4:将墨鱼滑酿入鸡翼中至八成满。Stuff the chicken wings with cuttlefish paste until 80% filled.
Step 5:鸡翼用竹签封口。Seal the opening of the chicken wings with the bamboo sticks.
Step 6:焗炉预热至180℃。Preheat the oven to 180℃.
Step 7:鸡翼底部朝面,置焗炉焗十分钟。Turn over the bottom of the chicken wings and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
Step 8:鸡翼反转,涂上蜜糖,焗十五分钟。Flip the chicken wings over, brush with honey and bake for another 15 minutes.

墨鱼滑可于海鲜档或大型超市购买。Cuttlefish paste is available in seafood stores or supermarkets.
